Allow to have a good Work-Life balance Gives access to technology growth Need to bargain a good salary at the time of joining.
Cons
Does not care about career aspirations or growth of associates. They would like an employee to work endlessly on the same role forever. They need to take into consideration of the inflation and market conditions for giving salary hikes and bonuses. There has not been any salary hike across board for the last straight 3 years in Oracle.
