      Pros

      The Team collaboration is fantastic, everyone is willing to help you accomplish something. There are a vast amount of free Training, PTO is very reasonable, for some levels you can get as much as 3 weeks of vacation plus 10 holidays. The Benefits are also very good, health plan covered all I needed. People are really nice to work with.

      Cons

      There are no much growth opportunity. No clear path. You are on a project you will grow older on this project, unless you go looking for.

      We have more pros in terms of work. We will have very good work life balance. All trainings and certifications are freely accessible. Culture of most of the managers are excellent.

      Cons

      In terms of cons, you will not get appropriate compensation for your work. Hike is not happening every year. It happens once in a while.
