Business Outlook
Pros
Great people to work with, interesting challenges, remote work, flex time off. RSUs if you stay long enough for them to vest. Employee resource groups are amazing.
Cons
Lack of raises and promotions for high performers (worldwide) Some teams are cliquey. Internal mobility is championed but the reality is that HR will hold you back (i.e. I replaced Directors in two different orgs, but was not allowed to have the Director title). One manager acted as though every expense (educational or otherwise) came out of her own pocket. DEI initiatives have been nerfed due to the federal government.
