      Pros

      You dont have to do any work if you are good at politics. Simply enjoy as long as you can.

      Cons

      No growth Working on outdated technologies Cheap politics Cunning & sly managers who cant be trusted are sitting idle from years with outdated skillsets No furture road map. Most of the companies are moving away from Oracle products and their cloud offering is already a big flop.

      Pros

      The technology is clearly industry leading. Gartner, Forester and other third party industry bodies all agree.

      Cons

      Management is condescending and inconsistent. Senior management will tell you one thing and when their manager doesn't approve will throw you under the bus. A great example of this is our SOAR messaging. Morale within Apps is at an all time low. I've been in the Apps sales team for 2.5 years now and haven't seen it as low as now.
