Pros

Coworkers are great (5 word minimum)

Cons

If you are early in your career, do not go to Oracle. Its current state is an absolute mess and the turnover rate is around 95% (not kidding). Most people go, rough it out for a year and then either leave, get fired, or get laid off. Management is so out of touch and truly has no idea what they are doing. KPIs change all the time, so it’s impossible to be successful. There is SO much talent in this community but unfortunately everyone leaves because there is absolutely no promotion track. Even if this is your only job offer straight out of college do NOT take it.
