The work you get is challenging and fulfilling. The work timings are flexible as long as you get the work done. supportive work environment

Cons

even though the starting package is pretty good, the hikes and bonuses you get are really bad. many Indian managers get carried away with the Indian consulting culture and value your time in office more than the quantity or quality of the work you do.
