Pros

Ease Job, No break restrictions.

Cons

No DIVERSITY Don't ask for leaves as they most probably wont approve as if they own our EARNED LEAVES. No Professionalism. Worst Cafeteria I have ever seen. You will only find few normal stuff. Dont expect more than 20% hike than your previous drawn salary.

Pros

Excellent brand recognition, very talented technical people, excellent software

Cons

insane working hours, spend 95% of my time filling out spreadsheets and reporting on things, treated like a child with huge oversight and governance, no problem with treating people like garbage, very male dominated, people are enticed with huge incomes that very very few people make, the rest starve and get micromanaged and verbally assaulted, customers HATE Oracle because they treat them like they are lucky to do business with Oracle, void of ethics and morality, the most inflexible and rigid company I have ever worked for, no opportunity to be creative with deals or solutions

Pros

The oracle marketing cloud is one of the most exciting and challenging areas of oracle to work in. There is ongoing and heavy investment in the product. Oracle is a great place to be an "intra-preneur". That being said this culture is not for everyone. working from home is almost the standard at oracle which lends itself to a great work life balance. Oracle have a flexible benefits scheme in UK which is fantastic as it essentially gives you a 10% boost to your salary providing you choose to take the benefits as cash which is obviously not the most tax efficient way to use the benefit but helpful nonetheless.

Cons

It is difficult to obtain a pay rise at oracle. There are numerous cloak and dagger tactics used by management and the feeling is that they don't want to reward loyalty and achievement. it is widely accepted by employees across sales and presales that an offer from a competitor is one of the only ways to go about getting fair reward for your efforts.
