Excellent work culture and flexible work hours. Good Manager-Peer relationship. Work-Life balance and Work-From-Home when needed. Unlimited learning and growth opportunities through Technical & Personal training sessions (subject to Manager's approval) Excellent health-insurance benefits.

Cons

Limited opportunities to those who want to travel foreign countries for business trips. Extremely slow hiring process Different rules in different divisions (internal divisions)
