Pros

Flexible remote work. Being a new department, everyone is learning from manager lines onwards. Very friendly and supportive environment. Good exposure to medium and large companies.

Cons

Trainings and materials are really outdated. Pretty difficult to get your hands on the actual documentation needed to move forward. Support department needs a whole reshuffling - so too many technical chasing on the CSMs plate.
