Stable company due to having the key database product.

Cons

The company is very secretive about everything. You never know what the high levels are thinking on strategy, new products, etc. Your job is never safe even if your division is profitable.

Great team in the Brno office. Good culture. 100% paid sick leaves

Cons

A lot of negative changes since Oracle acquired the NetSuite product: - no pay raises for most employees in more than 2 years - very very little promotions in more than 2 years - confusing communication about the points above - a lot of bureaucracy - managers required to do IT, Facilities and Recruiters tasks (so called "self-service")

Great coworkers and peers, prior to all the layoffs. Santa Clara location is centrally located. Furthermore the campus is nice.

Cons

Seems to be going out of business. No clear future. Closing down most of their product lines to focus on cloud database.
