      Big Name & good product

      I went from recommending NetSuite to friends to telling them to stay far away. Your Quota is a joke (they do their best not to pay you out full). Metrics = Human Marketing. No clear guidance on how promotion works but to be fair I don't think I would want to be promoted at an organization like this. I won't bring up the politics because you will have that anywhere you go. NetSuite has some work to do if they want to continue getting top talent. But I guess human marketing and "playing the game" does not take to much talent anyway.....

      Great young culture but becoming more corporate

      Pros

      Highly diverse culture with a lot of young people from different cultures/backgrounds. Colleagues are very open and helpful. Pay and work/life balance are great.

      Cons

      Due to the fast growth, the organisation is in the process of restructuring resulting in focus on quantity rather than quality of the work/employees.

      - Good place to learn - Supportive team - Interesting people - Flexible timings - Opportunities to do various types of work - (somewhat) flat hierarchy

      Cons

      - Things are very slow. You'll find yourself without much to do all the time. - Too much time is spent on petty things.. managers lose sight of the big picture. - No transparency about the hike or promotion process. - Pay is low. - Sudden arbitrary layoffs. - Crumbling infrastructure. - Bad pantry and restroom hygiene.
