      its a job... #1 those people lucky enough to have never worked for Oracle #2 those people who worked at Oracle but escaped...

      everything else... #3 those people who *still* work at Oracle... #4 those people who worked for Oracle, escaped but were recaptured!

      Pros

      The work from home focus is the only good thing about working for Oracle

      Cons

      Everything is manual, the information management is a complete disaster and everything is so overwhelmingly silo-ed that we can't get anything done rapidly or efficiently. Everything else is antiquated, they don't use simple things as office 365 for email / calendars, time keeping is horrendous.

      No growth, moderate work, no learning.

      Cons

      Worst management, some managers are unqualified and they behave as if they own the company and you are a servant to them. No hikes. Some managers believe in quantity, not quality. Unqualified managers. Some managers will make you stand for one hour every morning for the scrum. GBU is not at all Oracle. Some of the managers are BSC(IT) graduate and don't know anything about management, they will make you work on old technologies where you would learn nothing and neither any company will prefer you after 2years of working here.
