Good working environment for building up technical skills. Management encourages continous learning, participation in trainings and respects work life balance.

Cons

Very low wages for middle level employees and not adequate benefits. Management does not acknowledge achievements through benefits properly. Poor motivation for more perfomance for middle level employees.

location in the UK was ok, free bus service to the town at lunchtime; flexible benefits scheme to purchase extra holiday, dental plan etc. Cycle to work scheme, many canteens to choose from, free parking.

Cons

poor management and direction from senior members, no real structure for reviews, salary increases or advancement. poor salary/bonus in comparison to other companies. poor communication from other departments. unless you are in a sales role, you don't matter.
