Good work and family life balance with work from home possiblity. Well established and a stable company. Competition is Dying.

Cons

Scope for Career Advancement is less. Compensation is not that great. Training opportunities are limited. Growth is coming only through Acquisitions.

Decent hourly rate, it's not the worst and not the best either. Overtime pay. this is great to rack up some extra cash over the weekend. Some what stable, but then again you never know. Good cafeteria food overall.

Very corporate There are dress codes, unlike Apple No paid vacation (contractors) No bonus (contractors) No 401K (contractors)
