      Pros

      Get lots of time to spend with Family , Its great place for people preparing for Higher studies. Good and friendly environment , Every one is cheerful. NOT MUCH POLITICS , As there is NO PROMOTIONS , NO HIKES and NO ON-SITES .. so what would you be politics for. Good Brand name

      Huge list. 1. No Hikes for last 3+ years 2. No promotions 3. No Onsite 4. Can't cope with demanding market as work is monotonous. 5. They claim to hire the best talent and Salary is very ordinary. 6. Higher management (sitting in US) decides all policies, HR , Managers are all Helpless 7. Even with 5 rating for 2 consecutive years. I got no hikes .. so whats the rating for? 8. Becomes Lazy and its a problem when you join a different organization list is big.... 9. 25+ % attrition.

      Pros

      Nice place to work you build a good social network lots to learn on the technology front some of the Sr Mgmt are very good work life balance is good

      Cons

      Compensation & Bonus .. Horrible.. Bonus is like a drop in the ocean & Salary Hikes .. Dont ask.. New joinees are paid higher than existing employees. Sometimes, money is wasted on unnecessary trainings just because they dont know what to do with that budget. Job is secure as long as it is not automated.. .:p.. Management is living a retired life with fat pay checks ( An early pension for them)

      Pros

      Excellent experience across application software. The only real full-service CRM game in town. Making some real bets in verticalization (insurance, telco) that other enterprise companies simply won't do .. and the vertical markets are excited about it.

      Cons

      Slower in SaaS and use of new technology -- you will need to keep up by tracking startup activities outside the company. Hard to do much as an executive if you're not part of the very top team.
