      Pros

      Overall, good place to work. People are great to work with, lots of learning on the job, nice company to have on your resume.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower end for most positions. It's hard to make a living for most people. Promotions seem to be given to those to get along with sr management, not just performance.

      The name Oracle is well known all over the world. If you could put it on your resume, it would look cool.

      Cons

      Lack of integration among the different departments. The company is so huge that behaves like a pachiderm. So slow in taking decisions, so careless about people.
