      Good work culture, but no increments and very little scope of growth.

      Pros

      It has good work culture, with freedom on your way of working. Pays lot of emphasis on work life balance. Lots of leaves Emphasis on traing and development.

      Cons

      No increments. Preformance Appraisals not linked with increments or promotions. Management perception is the most important factor in promotion excercise. No growth plan in place. It is more of show business than actual hard work. Very little opportunity to move internally to a different line of business.

      1. Lot of product areas and thus scope of moving across groups 2. If you get good manager / product area career growth taken care 3. Server Technologies support employee initiative and extra curricular stuff like Work life balance, Learning and Innovation

      Cons

      1. Salary... Once you are in, tough to get money unless you show obvious displeasure regarding salary 2. Non transparent compensation, bonus and hike policies 3. No strict policy / process follow for goal setting and appraisals
