      Decent benefits, no future.

      Pros

      - health benefits - 401k matching, 50% of first 6% deferred (3% equivalent) - "Oracle" is a nice word to have on your resume

      Cons

      - no raises - no path for advancement - very little recognition - can't stress this enough, no raises - CEO is 4th wealthiest man in the known universe, yet.... no raises. - hourly paid employees have had hours cut back, and are not eligible for bonuses - meanwhile upper management continues to receive bonuses, take credit for work of hourly paid employees

      a bit politics inside, not very innovative. Average age of employees is kind of high.

      Easy workplace but don't come looking for money

      Pros

      Work from home/ flexible hours. You have time to grow professionally by Company's in house training facilities. If your boss is happy, you got a very safe job.

      Cons

      Pay is not good as compared to other big corps. Lots of bureaucracy Management in India is mainly admin, and technically incompetent.
