      Pros

      One of the best things about working here is the interaction with the customers. For me, that's the biggest "pro".

      Cons

      The fact that we have layoffs about every 2 years. The communication, people in the tech field don't seem to talk much.

      Pros

      Good opportunity for travels to company locations for internal meetings and anywhere for trainings and conferences. If one has a good justification, budget for such things is never a problem. Good work / life balance.

      Cons

      Slow processes, everything self-service. Where I am, even the hiring process itself can take very long (up to 6 months). But as far as I know, circumstances may be dramatically different in other parts of the company. Profitability of the product one works on is the key.

      Pros

      Good pay and networking if you have a great set of accounts. You literally don't even have to do anything to get. $150k commission check

      Cons

      It's a boys club that CONSTANTLY demeans women. Interviewers lie about job description so the turn over rate is really high. I've been here less than a year and 80% of staff has quit. Most management is only looking out for themselves and do not have your best interest in mind. Management bullies staff and is very sexist.
