      Pros

      Great opportunity for career growth and product knowledge. Excellent product suites and good overall support from internal resources and management.

      Cons

      Dated and slow workflow processes and tools. Strained relationships between inside and outside sales groups. If not at HQ, you will likely have to relocate to progress your career.

      Pros

      It is a place were you can learn a great deal, management know there stuff, and the big name is on your side. In sales, customers want to talk with you.

      Cons

      It is very political and it is up or out. You do more selling internally and than externally. If you don't drink the koolaid and adapt to Oracle's culture don't expect to be there more than 1-2 years. There are two ways to make it at Oracle 1) you manager likes you a lot or 2) you hit your number and have the metrics to back it up
