      Pros

      Oracle Consulting provides a good opportunities to get involved in large project implementations and the salary and benfits are quite excellent.

      Cons

      The flip side is that you will deal with a management structure that is bloated beyond all belief, and one that contributed to very poor internal communications making you feel like you are disconnected with the rest of Oracle.

      Fair amount of flexibility Casual environment Very good benefits, free gym. The company is doing well (for now)

      Cons

      IT infrastructure is trash. SOPs designed to be a hindrance, not to facilitate your work. Every staple requires approval.

      Pros

      Oracle is a consistent company in pay and expectations. The benefits are the best I have ever had in my five years in the Tech industry.

      Cons

      When they need to cut they cut deep.Oracle also has a hard time keeping the good employees due to hiring practices.
