Pros

Great work-life balance Highly experienced people to meet but you'll have to find them Got to work in different languages like java, xml, jspx, SQL

Cons

Very little innovation in work management fails to moitvate you. Very little or no career guidance tips by the mentor. Needs better management, employee perks needs improvement

Pros

The company provides a lot of flexibility and allows you to balance your work and personal life. It also allows you to have control over your product.

Cons

Lower pay raises compared to competing firms. The pay raise and bonus depend completely on your manager and doesn't consider any scientific bench-marking method.s

Pros

Excellant technical environment for Product performance Engineering. I learnt all aspects of Siebel CRM even after joining as a noob. Full performance server access, tool development opportunities, process improvment opportunities, mistakes should be taken as opportunities

Cons

Work becomes reptative after 2 years. Raise is only for few lucky chaps in Siebel QA. Performance Engineering effort are already matured so less room for improvment in the product I worked with. Flexible working hours.
