      Pros

      Flexible timing is something can get you a lot of time for family by optimizing the work timings without hampering productivity High Initial Salary. Other service based companies offer very less with same years of experience

      Cons

      Not good for long term growth , No contribution from HR department , in fact not much of helpful. Older employee do not get raise considering the fact management allocates a lot of budgets to freshers and new hires.
