      Pros

      Great opportunities for advancement exist at Skywire Software, especially due to acquisitions that have been made over the last couple of years. Skywire has excellent Executive Leadership, great co-workers, great working environment, fast growing. Recently sold to Oracle, I am now looking forward to growing with a new company.

      Cons

      Long hours and not really enough work and life balance. A lot of travel is required in my position. The travel policy is not that great, but probably compares with other companies of this size.

      Oracle seems to have lost focus once it started going on a buying spree. Too many disparate technologies to glue together in an unrealistic timeframe
