1 its a AAA+ company so no need to fear about recession 2 good salary with no complicate work 3 good job history in ma profile to search new job may b n future right now no idea about that

Internal trainings to upgrade your skills. Oracle is a big brand in job market. Get to work on the best of technologies, learn best practices and processes.

Cons

Too hierarchical. Oracle being an empire in itself you need to try really hard to get recognized. Ego massaging your boss is key to your survival. No system or process to address employee grievances. No talent retention plan.
