Within the existing boundaries there is a lot of room to innovate and do your own thing. As long as you generate revenue. The products are very good and become better constantly. There are a few very innovative minds around.
Cons
Bad performance and bad attitude are not taken care of properly which makes culture less focused and sometimes toxic.
