      Pros

      Good company, trainings, good spirit, young teams, good progression possibilities, well paid. And for the rest you should see by yourself! ;)

      Cons

      For me the only cons are the fact that we are stuck for 16-18 month in a bdc position, while all the competitors try to drag you in their company.

      Pros

      This company offers ok benefits, they are a stable company. You will encounter some nice people that you may end up working with, not a lot. Lots of contractors are hired, to only end up leaving, after they figure it out.

      Cons

      No room for advancement, extremely fast paced, they don't allow you to catch up on work responsibilities, constantly piling on work - you cannot get ahead, low pay - do not ever expect more, unorganized, inconsistent & uncaring rude upper management. You're treated like a number, overwhelming workload, very high stress, and will experience high pressure. Also a lot of uppity, know it all people whom are very rude and nasty individuals that work at Oracle.

      Some of the brightest minds in the industry work or have worked at Oracle - the company and it's mystique attracts them. It's fun to engage and collaborate with fellow geniuses.

      Cons

      You will find all the usual challenges of working at a High Tech, Fast-Paced environment such as dedication, late-hours, shifts in direction, and the need to manage the onboarding of new acquisitions.
