      Poor management. No pay reviews ever. You need to leave in order to get pay review. Do not invest in employee. No training offered. Two tear system

      Oracle is the world leader in nothing but bureaucracy and inefficiency. For those who want to be a faceless worker bee who follows inefficient procedures without question, Oracle is a great place to work. For anyone else, this is a place where careers and personalities go to die.
