      Not sure- good benefits, good people, good products, flexible work schedule, not a hell of a lot more to say with 20 words

      Cons

      Difficult to get anything done, management unable to manage, all employed are replaceable attitude, not desire to fix what is clearly broken, very little ability to make a difference and no focus on doing what is right for the customer-

      Pros

      You can work out a good work life balance. In the right project, resources are not a constraint. Access to a variety of resources.

      Cons

      Large organization with very top down approach to execution. The pay increases, bonuses and award of stock options is not very transparent - you need to be in the grapevine to know what is happening. The performance management system is a farce and is solely dependent on your manager.
