None. I don't even find 5 words. I have to type because this HTML checks for at-least 5 words.

Cons

Worked here for 6+ years and now we have been asked to take forced pay cuts. For past 6 years manager says that no salary raise as you get paid overtime for travel and now we are being asked to take salary cuts. It's all Mark Hurd phenomenon that was happening at HP. Look out stock owners, Oracle is going to become new HP in coming years.

- International work environment - Reasonable working hours - Training is there if you want it - Some managers are very helpful and enthusiastic about helping you progress - You can be creative in your work approach in general (although not without limits)

Cons

The organization is not clear on where it is heading, and focus is constantly shifting. - Targets may change mid-quarter with no warning - There are no incentives for xLoB cooperation and cross-product competition is abundant - Some managers are completely disinterested in your personal progression - Information about changes are generally spread through rumors up until the day the change occurs.
