Highly profitable and stable Good salary -- average for Silicon Valley Good benefits -- probably below average for Silicon Valley

Extremely bureaucratic -- all decisions are made at top levels of the company Can't get hardware -- many developers have resorted to buying their own hardware to replace 4 year old laptops/desktops New ideas and approaches are actively discouraged Engineering is not valued -- developers are purely an expense and drag on profitability

1. Very poor work recognition culture - Doest'nt worth hardwork here 2. Managers are very secretive about anything relates to money 3. No salary rises at all (I have'nt seen one in last 3 years). 4. No bonuses (Only for manager preferred people) 5. Stock options (Only for manager preferred people) 6. No promotions (Only for manager preferred people)
