Pros

Work culture is good. Less politics when compared to other service based companies Flexibility of work from home. Best to join during later part of your career

Cons

If working in operations team, work is mostly related tools used in Oracle. Those automation tools are useless outside of the company. You'll grow dumber each passing day working on only the tools you are assigned to you. No yearly performance review or appraisals. Hikes are very rare and totally depended on the management. Salary hikes are minuscule. I have seen colleagues who stay in company for more than 5 years in the same company doing same repetitive work without a single rupee hike. Firing is common scene.. Company can fire you whenever they feel you are useless.

Pros

Good Allowances (weekend/shift Allowances) No need to worry about beyond shift timings

Cons

1.Your Manager is the single point of contact for any kind of issues, No concept of HR 2. No hike whats-o-ever 3. They expect you to work cross team or move to a different team and technology without any prior training. 4. More stress is on numbers, rather than quality of work.. if you show good numbers in the evaluation matrix, you are considered good. 5. Absolutely no coordination between different teams which you work on daily basis. 6. Mostly arrogant Managers
