Large corporate, with nice offices

Cons

You won't get a pay rise. Even if you smash all your targets, your Oracle business segment exceeds target, Share prices perform well, you will still not be rewarded (not even an inflationary rise). The suggested way to get a pay rise at Oracle is to get a job offer elsewhere and then threaten to resign. Shocking!
