Also being challenged by many tech startups at the core database and Amazon, Google and Microsoft in PaaS, SaaS and IaaS. As a result Oracle is scrambling in all corners of the business to remain relevant with a largely on premise software portfolio when the rest of the world has embraced SaaS.
