Pros

People and culture make it feel like a college environment

Cons

Pay is bad and they don't tell you about the stack rank so even if you do great, if someone else is doing better than you they will recieve more of the commission pool. Plus the commission varies by how Oracle performs within that quarter, so if they don't do well, your pay will be lower.

Pros

Great training, ability to make 70-85k a year after college, surrounded by great sales acumen. Industry leading products

Cons

Severe over hiring, and they just see who survives. Can be an amazing or absolutely abysmal experience. Lots of internal shifts, from inbound to outbound, to only being able to work certain industries. For a company of this size, more stability should be expected. Experience varies by manager. Org wide extremely low attainment, due to aggresive quotas and bloated sales org.
