      Good learning ground with appropriate training programs undertaken Appropriate recreation facilities provided and allowed to be utilized Good Mentoring programs in place

      Absolute lack of understanding of team mates' skills and experience by Project Managers, Team Leads, Competency Managers Unfair job appraisals Appropriate team mix in terms of experience is not paid attention by management Most of the employees' real time experience Casteism, groupism, regionalism and many other differences exists in the employees

      Big company.

      Pros

      Oracle is a big company. There are opportunities for employees with all motivation levels. If you want to go somewhere, keep your head down, and collect a paycheck then you can coast at Oracle for years. If you want to play big company politics, make a name for yourself, and progress through a career, you can do that too.

      Cons

      Oracle moves slowly and has many "big company" problems. If you are comfortable working at big companies then this won't be a problem. However if you are used to working at smaller / faster software companies this might be an issue.
