Pros

It looks good on your resume to have worked here. That is the only advantage.

Cons

There is no career development here. The salary stays stagnant. You will be a minimum behind by 30% in pay. No hikes or bonuses. If there is its very limited. Basically you have power when you join to bargain and set your pay. After that you are stuck. They really don't care about employees

Pros

New and modern building in East business point, outbound call center environment, being far from customers can be relaxing, discount in close Starbucks.

Cons

Non-transparent decisions. Over the phone made different offer vs to written one. Job offers vary from applications. Also they did not keep given promises. Everyone who is good is leaving because of that, so do I as well. I didn't study for that.

Pros

Paychecks were deposited on time

Cons

Nobody cares, hodge podge of crappy products thrown together and sold to customers that aren't in need of them as they don't really solve their problems or do so in the rubest goldberg type fashion to the point of being laughable. (see ExaLogic, et al) A microcosm of what unbridled capitalism turns into. Everyone here is apathetic and the serfs merely do their bidding and nobody knows why anything is done, while the folks at director level and above are nothing more than talking heads spewing out buzzwords that mean nothing to them because they're so disconnected from anything even approaching a real product it's sad. Most of these people have never actually built anything themselves and have been nothing but corporate leeches and sycophants their whole careers so it's no wonder the place is as big of a train wreck as its product lines.
