No pay raises nor bonuses. When your hired at Oracle, you very rarely receive pay raises.

Cheating with employees on the name of permanent job but its like contractual

The one and only positive side is their work from home.

Cons

They provides very less increment mostly 3-5% and even that is also not given on time. Hire and fire policy. There is noting like permanent job in Oracle. They will hire employees saying that its a permanent position and the after some time they will fire without prior notice, without any reason and justify it with some separation amount. This is the worst company of my career.

The work is interesting for my team, the benefits are amazing and the culture is really laid back. You get your own office and free gym and games.

Cons

You may not have work to do at times and the pace for everything is slow. A lot of my friends were laid off recently, but if you're new and unaware of that you may enjoy it normally.
