In strategy level company is expanding aggressively to the cloud computer software services with it's advantages in terms of capital and scale. The core database business is not developing as fast as the emerging internet+ unicorns. The culture here is pretty friendly. You could meet different sorts of people. But the more aggressive ones often opt to join a more start-up based companies. You could have your own schedule to manage things. And it is more likely for you to have a good balance in work and life
