Products are great including the cloud offering.

Cons

Internal transfers are difficult and clear processes are missing (with regards to transfers). Depending on your direct line manager your life can be really different. If you work in EMEA the distance to the US headquarters is huge (not only physically). In the Netherlands might make a difference if your Dutch or not (it depends on the line manager)
