      Great vision & technology Leadership strong - love or hate Larry he still has it!

      Cons

      Salary does not keep up with inflation - no performance related pay reviews. Almost impossible to get salary adjusted without leaving and coming back - broken system. Unless you are in sales (and threaten to leave) or the latest coolest development role - it's not going to happen.

      1)Very relaxed work environment 2)Lots of learning material available 3)Exposure to different tools within your product expertise

      Cons

      1)One of the worst pay in the market , absolutely no connection between your appraisal rating and hike .The worst performers also get hikes if they are in the managers good books . Even freshers are getting more pay than experienced hires 2)No support from team to pursue any available trainings , even Oracle Certified courses need to be paid from your pocket . 3)Limited Work from Home options(team dependant) 4)No Bonus

      Pros

      While Oracle is a large organization, my team is small, collaborative, supportive and close-knit. Our manager supports a family friendly environment. They invest in their employees, from a training perspective, rewards, and internal opportunities. Working remotely is one great perk that keeps me here, along with work/life balance when it comes to travel. Good benefits. We use the software we sell. They are doing more to recognize employees. We have great partners.

      Cons

      Bonuses could be structured better. Make sure the required training is relevant to employees if it is not regulatory or compliance related.
