      Talent and people you work with are amazing

      Cons

      They'll underpay you if you let them, don't get stuck with a salary you don't like, because if you do, you've lost all leverage. Too many Oracle reps calling on customers, they're tuning us out because they are annoyed. Implementation costs are too high No correlation to success here. Some people bust their butts off for nothing, and some hit the lottery with nothing to do with it.
