Pros

Joining Oracle in a cohort made it easy to make friends. Decent pay, but competitors are paying more.

Cons

The Nashville office has the worst leadership I have experienced in my life. Director leads with negative comments and putting his employees down. Leadership has no experience and does not know what is going on. They have a negative outlook on SDR’s and are not committed to career development. There is no path to promotion so you will be stuck in this role for 2+ years. Do not work here unless you want to be miserable. Maybe another office is better.

Pros

It has a pretty solid training program.

Cons

Compensation all depends on your territory & reps. This also lied on promotion timeline.
