Work from home: even without the pandemic it was allowed and encouraged. Flexible starting hours. No night shifts, no night on-call. Good pay. Absolutely marvelous self study options (oreilly.com, linkedin learning, others) and certification/courses paid by the company. The best job of my life. As for the job itself, it is a regular job. I am very happy to have it.
