      Best work life balance Log in and log out anytime All your leave request gets approved

      Cons

      Oracle makes you lazy.. With the best work life balance you become more comfortable and moving out of this comfort zone is a big big task specially for married people. Annual increments are really less. Much lesser than market standards. While hiring they will give you a minimum of 50% hike but there are not much significant increments there after.
