Great immediate coworkers, flexible leave is helpful for work life balance

No raise in over 4 years, was awarded RSUs and told to think of them as a key part of compensation instead of a raise, and yet when we were laid off 2 weeks before RSUs vested they weren’t paid out. They don’t value their employees and that’s pretty evident if you spend any significant amount of time there.
Flex work (at home and office), additional vacations (a whole week or two in Christmas and New Year), additional benefits for investment, health insurance, etc.
