very large orgn to cut your teeth on - if your a jr engineer and need the experience.

Cons

culture is very political with a lot of inept and unethical mgmt. a great deal of mgmt only cares about their bonus and want nothing to do with innovation or supporting employees. if your not politically connected, you will get nowhere or worse.

Benefits are decent. The management I've had is relatively flexible and reasonable. There are a lot of talented engineers in the environment. The work is challenging and interesting.

Cons

Salaries are so-so. Management is quite top-heavy. Opportunities for advancement are there, but are not easy to find. The company is very oriented to the bottom line. Sometimes they are penny-wise and pound-foolish.
