Pros

Good work life balance, helpful people when needed

Cons

Low salary for years of experience, no internal mobility, no career path management, depending on your manager you might have someone who doesn't want to rock the boat and is afraid for his own job. No raises or bonus. Training is a web session, check box. Sometimes crazy after hours work, on call rotation.

Pros

Good benefits, the sole company name gives you "status" and something to be proud of.

Cons

Very big organisation, with lots of verticals, that at the beginning seem to be a great potential to build a career, but at the end it only means that you are burden within the vertical you start working with.
