Wfh is very convenient for work life balance. Career progression is standard; there is a clear setout progression pathway. Expectations are clearly laid out

Cons

Pay could be better. Would like employees to be in person more often for more of a community feel.

Good benefits(paid menstrual leave --- very rare for companies in Japan, get 20 paid off at the first day, etc)

Cons

Weakness on localization ---- My division's business approach and product don't fit to typical Japanese client. Difficulty to adjust clients' business process to Oracle's approach or product. The functional team needs to come up with localized best practice/approach. The team members' mindset are not strong enogh to gather and compile the localized knowledge because of no incentive for doing so. That was tough for me.

Cons

In the oracle Philippines, lower salary compare to the partners. So the consultant is leaving in a span of 2 years because they gain experience and can have a 4x salary in the partner that is also operatung in the Philippines with US Clients.
