Have blocked the changes between countries from venezuela so I must look for another job in another company

None. I don't even find 5 words. I have to type because this HTML checks for at-least 5 words.

Cons

Worked here for 6+ years and now we have been asked to take forced pay cuts. For past 6 years manager says that no salary raise as you get paid overtime for travel and now we are being asked to take salary cuts. It's all Mark Hurd phenomenon that was happening at HP. Look out stock owners, Oracle is going to become new HP in coming years.
